Where is
The property fica located in Bom Retiro, very close to another property FICA, the Anhaia House.
The neighborhood is composed of three distinct areas: the region of factories and clothing stores, a major employment center; the part closest to the subway and where the largest number of old apartments and cultural institutions are concentrated; and the part known as Baixo Bom Retiro, closer to the banks of the Tietê and Tamanduateí rivers and also the place where the largest supply of informal and low-cost housing is concentrated. It is in Baixo Bom Retiro that we acquired two properties, Casa Anhaia and this one.
The neighborhood has undergone a slow gentrification process, with the emergence of luxury brand-name stores for sneakers and clothing and expensive bars. That is why we chose this neighborhood to house two of our properties.
