In August, the Brazilian Institute of Urban Law (IBDU) and Habitat for Humanity held a round table discussion in Recife to share the experience of FICA in promoting housing. 

The conversation focused on understanding the experiences of FICA and their viability for application in other scenarios, particularly in the context of Recife. The event was attended by various organizations, including the Samaritanos organization and Recife City Hall.
