Jaraguá House

The first shared house of FICA was bought in 2021 and has been inhabited by the couple Janeth and Ovídio, with their two small children; Janeth's parents, Theodora and Jacinto; and her brother, Juan, since December. We did a first intervention that put the house in good condition for use, without changing the spaces. Now we are dreaming bigger, we have made a project that will really change the house: one bathroom per family, generous spaces for work, laundry and for the children to play. We already have the hardest part, which is the property, residents who dream with us, a group of incredible architects who designed the changes. All that is missing is the last step, which is to make the renovation possible. We will achieve this with your help!
